As a group of entrepreneurs with experience in private equity and search funds, we've built a superior pipeline of deal flow by building sustainable relationships with all stakeholders in the sourcing process. The result is the formation of this newsletter, which we suspect will add tremendous value to your search process.

We believe the hands on experience that we've had in the market gives us an edge in sourcing the best deals. Our goal is to add value to both sides of the marketplace. For owners and brokers, this means an additional marketing channel for deal distribution where you remain in control of the deal (we won't ever take a finder's fee). For searchers, this means a filtered list of the best companies that exhibit strong recurring revenue qualities, low cap ex, attractive margins, and long term opportunities for growth. We believe this will translate in time and resources saved.
